Our stay at The Roseate was absolutely perfect. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary upgrade to a luxurious suite, just like in the first review. The suite was spacious and beautifully decorated, with a huge comfortable bed and modern fixtures. We had a cozy sitting room with a TV and a couch, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The bathroom was also spacious, with a tub and shower, and even a heated towel rack. We had everything we needed and more. The hotel itself was stunning, meticulously maintained, and had a lovely dining room and bar. The location was convenient, with easy access to the city center through frequent bus services. The staff were all extremely professional and helpful, providing us with a map and information to make our stay even better. I highly recommend The Roseate for a truly elegant and enjoyable stay.

The Roseate Edinburgh is like a cozy home away from home. The staff is exceptional and the menus are great. It's the perfect balance of being quiet yet conveniently located near public transport and the city's happenings. Ideal ratios for hot toddies at the fabulous bar. Room service, comfortable layout, and a bathtub make it a comfortable and private stay. Will be my number one choice for future trips.

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in the heart of this city. The location was perfect, very close to the train station and just a stone's throw away from everything. I loved how close it was to the metro, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing me with great advice and recommendations on where to go. Additionally, the hotel was very clean and had all the necessary facilities including a fridge and safe in the room.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room decor was full of character and the cleanliness was impressive. The location was very convenient, with a bus stop right outside the door and a short walk to the nearest train station. Getting to the city centre was easy, with a quick 10-minute ride on the bus. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing us with maps and information about the city.

This elegant and exclusive venue had all the amenities one could dream of. From the well-equipped Sun terrace and Garden area to the private facilities, this hotel left no detail unattended. the in-room breakfast and the restaurant menu were both exquisite. the service was prompt and welcoming. I was amazed by how friendly the staff was, fulfilling all my luxurious needs without hesitation.

The location wasn't the most convenient as it was a bit far from the city center, which meant longer walks or taking public transportation. the hotel provided picnic tables to offer a quick and effortless lunch solution for those who want to spend a day out.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the city centre and is right on the stop for the bus coming from the airport as well as other buses that go to the city center. There are also green areas nearby, perfect for a relaxing stroll. The rooms are clean, well-appointed, and cozy with beautiful bathrooms. The staff is friendly and professional, providing excellent service. The breakfast buffet offers a delicious spread of fresh and tasty food.

The noise from the street outside can be a bit disruptive at times.
